What we collect

When you join the Saku waitlist, we collect your email address. That's it. We don't ask for your name, your phone, your bank, or anything else.

Why we collect it

We use your email for two things, and two things only:

• To send you a one-time notification when Saku launches.
• (Optional, opt-in) to send a gentle monthly update while Saku is in early access. You can opt out of this at any time — we will not send anything you didn't sign up for.

What we don't do

• We don't link to your bank account. Saku is fully manual.
• We don't sell, rent, lease, trade, or share your email with anyone.
• We don't send marketing emails from third parties.
• We don't track you across other sites. There are no analytics pixels or third-party cookies on this page.
• We don't profile you, score you, or build an ad-targeting profile.

How long we keep it

We keep your email until one of the following happens — whichever comes first:

• You ask us to delete it.
• Twelve months pass without a launch (highly unlikely, but you have the floor).
• Saku shuts down (we will email you first if so).

How to opt out or delete your data

Email hello@saku-financial.pages.dev with "delete my data" in the subject line. We will delete your email within 7 days and send you a confirmation.

Indonesian UU PDP compliance

Saku complies with UU No. 27 Tahun 2022 (Pelindungan Data Pribadi). You have the right to:

• Access your data (email us, we'll show you what we have).
• Correct your data (email us, we'll fix it).
• Delete your data (see above).
• Withdraw consent at any time (stop using Saku, email us, done).
• File a complaint with the relevant authority if you believe we have mishandled your data.

Data storage & security

Your email is stored in a Cloudflare D1 (SQLite) database running on Cloudflare's edge network. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest (CF-managed). Access is limited to the founding team. We do not store anything you don't give us, and we do not log your interactions with this site.

Changes to this policy

If we change anything material, we will email you at the address you provided before the change takes effect. We will not silently expand what we collect.
